2026 3rd International Conference on Smart City and Information System (ICSCIS 2026) held both in-person in Guangzhou, China and through a concurrent virtual component on January 30-February 1, 2026. The conference is proudly sponsored by the Guangdong AI Institute of Higher Education and supported from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) , the Institute of AI & Future Networks at Beijing Normal University, and the Research Base for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University. Also we have technical co-sponsor IEEE.

At the opening ceremony, the General Chair, Prof. Dr. Azlan Mohd Zain from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia delivered the opening speech and warmly welcomed the leaders, experts and guests attending the meeting.
